The Clube Naval Praia da Assenta is located on the old fish market right next to the fishing port. The large windows allow you to have a phenomenal view of the sea, however, the big highlight is the fresh grilled fish. The decoration is predominantly nautical, which brings us closer to the local reality. Fish and seafood are sold by the kilo involving the customer in deciding which fish and portion to delight. The delicacies you can taste are of great variety: fish stew (by order), mixed fry fish, permit, sea bream, snapper, golden, grouper, turbot, grouper, emperor, bream, sea bass, chanterelle, sole, shrimp, and, bulhão pato clams and razor clams.
